Following a forty year career in higher education that included professorships in religious studies in the US and the UK, service a president of Southern Oregon University, and chancellor of the University System of New Hampshire, Stephen Reno was appointed Executive Director of Leadership New Hampshire in 2010. In addition, he has twice been a visiting fellow of the Harvard Center for the Study of World Religions and is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Winchester, England.  His service in New Hampshire includes launch of the 55% Initiative, membership of the boards of Stay Work Play NH, New Hampshire Public Radio, New Hampshire Public Television, the NH Business and Industry Association, Incorporator of the NH Charitable Foundation, Catholic Medical Center, NH Center for Public Policy Studies, and Assembly of Overseers of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.   He and his wife, Kit, live in Manchester, NH.
