October 15th, 2017 and it was 80 degrees out, does not feel natural, right?
Just think, in as little as one month’s time we will be preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and hopefully snagging last chair at our favorite mountains. Unfortunately, the weather hasn’t been the cool, crisp, refreshing fall air that should be embodying us every morning. So how do we get excited about skiing and winter when it still feels so far away? For me, there’s nothing that excites me more for the ski season, than seeing a film from one of the industry’s legends, Warren Miller. Luckily for us, the Seacoast’s Music Hall will be premiering the annual feature film. If you’ve never been to the Music Hall before it is an intimate theater that makes for a dynamic atmosphere.
If you’re not into skiing, I encourage you to check out the website as they do host numerous terrific events. I attended this event last year and it was a lot of fun, a great environment, numerous rewarding raffles, and lots of unreal footy. These events do sell out so make sure you grab a ticket soon as I am sure we won’t be disappointed. Come join me and let’s toast a beer to the upcoming ski season!
