College InternshipDistrict Intern
The Office of Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) is currently accepting internship applications for the Spring of 2019. Serving as an intern in the Congressman’s District office is an exciting opportunity to work closely alongside staff and develop skills in a Congressional office setting.
An internship in the district office encompasses a variety of tasks and assignments such as answering phones, greeting visitors, writing letters, and assisting with media clips. In addition, interns may be assigned to work with constituent services and outreach staff to assist with casework, special projects, writing, and/or research.
The ideal intern should be responsible, focused, enthusiastic, able to work cooperatively with Congressional staff, and possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
Hours can be accommodated to a student schedule. Internships are unpaid, but interns may arrange to receive credit. Internships will be available in the Congressman’s district office in Dover, N.H.
