Internship Description

As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you will gain knowledge on how to generate a database of qualified candidates for our clients’ openings. Your success is based primarily on your own motivation and willingness to apply the skills needed in order to close deals. In order to succeed, you need: confidence, strong verbal and written communication skills that will help you build and maintain relationships with your candidates over the phone and in person, and highly motivated and positive attitude.

Recruit quality candidates for roles specific to Information Technology Industry
Phone screen, then interview to identify strong candidates to place in contract/direct positions with our clients’ openings
Maintain a database of quality consultants, and the ability to follow up on a regular basis
Gather leads that will help build database of consultants either through social media or networking
Cold calling potential candidates and generating interest in clients’ positions
The ability to think outside the box in order to get new candidates or close deals
Negotiate pay rates with candidates

Ability to make 100 + calls a day
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Industry knowledge is not required, but is a plus
