About FlowTraq

FlowTraq is a high-performance network monitoring, security and forensic tool that speeds up incident triage in the Security Operations Center and detects anomalies in network traffic that are typical of hacker behavior. Qualifications

-Must know a scripting language (Python preferred, bash or Perl also OK),
-Responsible for supporting and deploying engineering tools or the automation of existing tools for programs used in software development
-Learn a new RESTful API
-Interface with program platform team to partner in the deployment of tools, aiding in installation instructions when needed
-Candidate should possess a background of engineering tool knowledge with an enthusiasm for wanting to master “all things” about those tools and be able to share that knowledge and support tool users.
-Plan, execute, debug, and document small programming projects
-Candidate will be cross trained on the current set of tools and will be directly involved in the deployment of these tools from an existing subject matter expert

About FlowTraq’s Internship

Program Internship are paid and for credit. These positions are available for an immediate start; internships are up for renewal at the end of each semester. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits. Reporting To: Internship Coordinator, Marlana Trombley working under Dr. John Murphy, Director of Professional Services and Dr. Vincent Berk, Co- Founder & CEO.

Expectations

-This is NOT a remote position
-Ability to commit to 20 hours or more in the office
-Hours must be worked between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday
-Transportation to and from our Manchester, NH office is your responsibility
-Be able to use your personal laptop
-Sign a non-disclosure agreement
