New Hampshire Magazine has selected Stay Work Play New Hampshire as its nonprofit partner for the upcoming 2017 Best of NH Awards and party. Representatives from both organizations say the partnership will create new opportunities for their core missions.
“We are both focused on showcasing New Hampshire attributes that would compel someone to want to live here – or remind them why they love to live here,” says Rick Broussard, editor of New Hampshire Magazine. He notes that while the Best of NH Awards helps pick and celebrate the best products, services and destinations in the state, Stay Work Play New Hampshire has been getting the attention of the perfect audience — speaking directly to people in their 20s and 30s and encouraging them to appreciate the cultural richness all around them. “We’re helping them make their case that this is the right place to be,” says Broussard.
Kate Luczko, Canterbury native and President & CEO of Stay Work Play New Hampshire, says she is excited to have been chosen as the 2017 partner. “I’ve always loved getting the opportunity to highlight New Hampshire’s successful entrepreneurs,” said Luczko. “Seeing their achievements is encouraging, and we are hoping to help bring more businesses into the spotlight by working with the Best of NH Awards. Through this partnership, we will be able to showcase inspiring opportunities to New Hampshire’s young leaders of today and tomorrow.”
Broussard says that it’s the 16th year of the Best of NH Party, and this year they plan to start early getting the state’s young professionals involved in voting for the Best of NH and in helping to set the stage for this year’s festivities.
Online voting for Best of NH 2017 will begin on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 and will conclude on Monday, March 20, 2017. For more information on the awards, please visit bestofnh.com.
