Intern of the Year Award

We are looking for an exceptional young person that lives in New Hampshire, 40 years of age or younger, who made an exemplary impact on a New Hampshire company during their time as an intern. Individuals who have participated in experiential learning (internships, clinicals, apprenticeships, student teaching, etc.) are eligible for the award. These experiences must have lasted a minimum of eight weeks between Fall 2020 and present, either for credit or no credit, paid or unpaid.

A panel of judges comprised of business leaders across the state will select the award recipient.

Self-nominations are discouraged. Past winners of this award are not eligible to win this award again.

Intern of the Year Award

  • Please Note: To be eligible, nominees must be between the ages of 18 and 40 at the time of nomination.

  • Tell us what distinguishes this nominee from their peers.
  • Provide a summary of your nominee's responsibilities during their time as an intern, include contributions that were made to research, tasks, assignments, etc. Describe the traits of their work and how they influenced a project. Tell us how your nominee has demonstrated their leadership ability and taken initiative in the internship going above and beyond expectations.
  • How has your nominee made a positive impact on the organization or business? Describe how this affected the organization or business’ overall performance, impact in the community, and/or in service of the organization’s mission. If applicable, please provide examples of measurable impact.
